Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in for this home is 4:00 PM and check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • Buena Vista has paved access for all but the last 3/4 mile, which is gravel.
  • 4WD or AWD required in the winter months.

Policies and Rules

  • Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • This property is not pet friendly. Pets are not allowed.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Minimum age to reserve is 25 years. The person making the reservation must sign the agreement and be present during the stay.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (8 guests) allowed at any time. No events allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Children allowed.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • There is a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and bed linens are provided.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.
  • The kitchen is well stocked with all utensils needed to cook meals, including cooking basics.
